Cultivation & Rationing

The Department of Cultivation & Rationing is on an equal level of importance as the D.R.D., initially being a subsect of R&D before skyrocketing in the number of projects, before being given its own department in due time. Whenever a planet is considered uninhabitable for a species, the D.C.R. makes it so. If an entire race requires rocks and gems to feed, they will provide it as well.

They are the sole department behind the rationing for not just the VRDF, but also any worlds, universes, or dimensions the VRDF is providing support aid for. However, their responsibilities don't just cover general rationing, but the acquisition and farming of materials as a whole. It is a department that many take for granted, and is often forgotten in conversation — it is overshadowed by the D.R.D. to a large margin. The department contains a large number of botanists, farmers, and health specialists.

Statistically, the D.C.R. is the department which contains the largest number of kind hearted personnel, just barely snubbing out the Department of Wellness & Safety by a staggering five percent. Both departments often try to 'out nice' the other.

Often found collaborating with the D.R.D. for furthering the field of botany, rock farming, and general agriculture.

It also is the department which houses the most deities, as most would rather grow and support those in need than fight dimensional conflicts.
